# Wholesale terms

## Getting started

| Bag size | 5 kg |
| Opening order | 10 kg minimum |
| Lead time | 5–7 business days |
| Payment terms | Prepay for the first three orders, then net-30 on approval. |
| Included | Free dial-in session, staff training call, and printed origin cards for your counter. |

Wholesale pricing is quoted per account against volume and is **not published**. Email
wholesale@emberlane.coffee with your weekly volume and equipment and we will send a price list and a
sample box.

## What we ask

* A dial-in session before you open with our coffee on bar. It is free and takes about two hours.
* Roast dates stay on the bag. We do not private-label without the roast date.
* Order by Wednesday for the following week.

## What we do not do

* No consignment.
* No exclusivity by territory.
* No white-label roasting under another brand.
