# Subscription terms

## The offer

* **10% off every order.** Not 15%, not 20%, and it does not grow over time.
* Cadence: Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks, Every 4 weeks.
* Subscription orders ship free within the US at any order value.
* The first subscription order includes a free 100-pack of Halcyon filters.

Worked example: Lowlands Blend is $19.00 on the shelf
and **$17.10** on subscription.

## Changing, skipping, pausing, cancelling

Skip, pause, change, or cancel at any time from your account. No fee, no minimum term.

All changes must land **24 hours before the next charge** to apply to that shipment.
After the cutoff the coffee is assigned to a roast batch and cannot be pulled back out — the change applies
to the shipment after it.

## Billing

The card on file is charged on the cadence you chose, starting the day you subscribe. Each charge triggers
the next roast assignment. A failed charge is retried twice over 4 days; after that the subscription pauses
and we email you.

## What the subscription is not

* It is **not a curation service.** You pick the coffee; it does not change unless you change it.
* There is **no loyalty programme, no points, and no referral credit.** The 10%
  subscription discount is the only standing discount we offer.
* There is **no minimum term and no cancellation fee.**
