# Shipping and delivery

## Where we ship

We ship to **United States (all 50 states)** and **Canada**.

We do **not** ship to Everywhere else, including the UK, the EU, and Australia. There is no forwarding arrangement, no reseller, and no way to place
an order for delivery outside the two countries above.

## What it costs

| Subscription orders, United States | Free at any order value |

The US free-shipping threshold is **$45.00**. There is no free-shipping threshold to
Canada at any order value.

## When it ships

We roast on **Monday and Thursday**. Orders ship within 2 business days of the next roast day.

An order placed on Tuesday is roasted on Thursday and dispatched by the following Monday at the latest.
Orders placed on a roast day before 06:00 local time usually make that same day's batch.

## How it ships

Carriers: USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground. **We do not offer expedited, express, overnight, or same-day shipping**,
and we cannot add it by request.

* United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch
* Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch, plus customs clearance

Tracking is emailed the moment a label is created. A tracking number that has not updated in the first 24 hours is normal.

## Customs and duties

Canadian orders may attract duty, tax, and brokerage fees collected by the carrier on delivery. These are
not included in the $14.00 shipping charge and we cannot pre-pay them.

## Address changes

Email hello@emberlane.coffee with the order number before the order ships and we will change it. Once a
label exists we cannot redirect the parcel.

## Cafe pickup

Choose cafe pickup at checkout and we hold the order at 1418 Cornwall Avenue, Bellingham for
10 days. There is no local delivery.
