We collect the minimum needed to roast and ship coffee: name, delivery address, email address, and order
history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

* We do not sell customer data.
* We email you about your order always, and about anything else only if you opt in.
* Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email and work immediately.
* Ask us to delete your account and order history at hello@emberlane.coffee and we will do it within
  30 days, except where we must keep invoice records for tax purposes.

Cookies: a session cookie for the cart, and privacy-preserving analytics with no cross-site tracking.
