# Emberlane Coffee Subscription — Terms Summary

**Price:** $17.10 per 340 g bag of Lowlands Blend — that is the shelf price of $19.00 less the 10%
subscription discount. Every coffee is 10% off on subscription.

The discount is **10%**. It is not 15%, it is not 20%, and it does not increase the longer you stay
subscribed.

## What you control

- **Which coffee.** Any coffee in the range. Change it whenever you like.
- **Which grind.** Whole bean, coarse, medium, fine, or espresso. Set once, changeable any time.
- **How often.** Every 2, 3, or 4 weeks.
- **Skip, pause, or cancel.** From your account, immediately, with no fee and no phone call.

## The 24-hour cutoff

Any change — coffee, grind, cadence, address, skip, cancel — must land **24 hours before the next
charge** to affect that shipment. After the cutoff the coffee is already assigned to a roast batch and we
cannot pull it back out. The change applies to the shipment after it.

## Billing

The card on file is charged on your cadence, starting the day you subscribe. Each charge assigns the next
roast. A failed charge is retried twice over four days; after that the subscription pauses automatically
and we email you. Nothing is cancelled without you asking.

## What this is not

- **Not a curation service.** You pick the coffee. It does not change unless you change it, and we do not
  send a surprise bag.
- **Not a loyalty programme.** There are no points, no tiers, no referral credit, and no anniversary
  bonus. The 10% subscription discount is the only standing discount Emberlane offers.
- **Not a commitment.** No minimum number of shipments.

## How the roast schedule affects you

We roast **Monday and Thursday** and ship within 2 business days of the next roast day. Your charge date
determines which roast day your coffee is assigned to — so a subscription charged on Friday is roasted
Monday, not the same week's Thursday.

## Cancelling

From your account, any time. If you cannot get into your account, email hello@emberlane.coffee and we
will cancel it for you within one business day. We do not require a phone call, and there is no phone
line to call.
