Acidity is citric and malic, high intensity, clean. Body is light and silky — this coffee is not built for
mouthfeel and should not be judged on it.

**We claim:** single lot, traceable to the Halo Beriti washing station; raised-bed dried; cupped 87.5 at
our roastery; 250 g net weight; roast date printed on every bag.

**We do not claim:** organic certification (this coffee is **not** certified organic — only Nightshift
Decaf and Huila Reserve are), Fair Trade certification, or direct trade. We buy through an importer and
say so.

## Availability

Seasonal. Twelve bags of green coffee is roughly 720 kg of roasted coffee and it does not last the year.
When the lot is finished we do not substitute a similar Ethiopian under the same name — the next Ardent
will be a different coffee with a different lot report.
